Privacy Policy
Effective 7 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Juventus SOPS ("we", "us") collects through juventussops.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to respond to you, fulfil what you ask us for, and run the site, and we use it for those purposes only.
1. Who we are
Juventus SOPS is a health-tech and digital solutions studio operating between the United States and Nigeria. You can reach us at helloo.juventussops@gmail.com or by post at 651 N Broad Street, Middletown, Delaware, USA.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries and quotes. When you use the contact or service request forms we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Order requests. When you request an order through our cart we collect your name, email address and/or WhatsApp number, the items you chose and your preferred payment method.
- Client accounts. If you create a client portal account we collect your email address and password (your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us), plus project details, updates and file links we share with you.
- Chat. Messages you type into our chat assistant.
- Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics.
- Payments. If you pay through Selar, Payhip or PayPal, the payment provider collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the order and your contact details, but we never see or store your card number.
3. How we use your information
We use your information solely for the business purposes you requested or that are necessary to run the site:
- to reply to your enquiries and prepare quotes;
- to process, deliver and support your orders and projects;
- to provide and secure your client portal account;
- to keep records we are legally required to keep (for example accounting records);
- to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated purposes. We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and every such email will include a way to opt out.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Netlify (website hosting);
- Formspree (delivers form submissions to us by email);
- Supabase (client portal accounts and project data);
- Chatling (chat assistant);
- Selar, Payhip and PayPal (checkout and payment processing);
- Google (Analytics and web fonts).
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public from fraud or harm.
5. Health information
Our products and articles are educational. Please do not send us patient records, diagnoses or other sensitive medical details through the forms or chat. If a project requires handling health data, we will agree how to do that safely in writing first.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site stores your shopping cart and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return. Google Analytics, which measures traffic, only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner; if you decline, it never loads. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working. Change my cookie choice.
7. International transfers
Because we work between the United States and Nigeria and our providers operate worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We choose providers that apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
8. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU and UK, Nigeria and certain US states), you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent you have given. Email helloo.juventussops@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
10. Security
We use reputable providers and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our storybooks are sold to parents, guardians and educators. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The site links to services such as Selar, Payhip and social networks. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
